We live in a world that is fast-paced and full of “more” and “better” in nearly every aspect possible. For so many of us this has left us feeling depleted, anxious, and hopeless. This foundation does not give way for you to build the person who you know you can be. Life is a gift and we all deserve to live in the present moment enough to receive that gift.

The Beginner’s Guide to Meditation is for you if you are:

Psychologist William James said, “My experience is what I agree to attend to.” He was referring to the way that we behave in relationship to the reality we live in. In our daily lives there is SO MUCH to attend to. This course will help you to choose what to focus on so that you can experience a life of peace and joy. Through present moment awareness, you will begin to take action in a way that gives you the results you desire in your relationships with people and things around you. Choose what you want to create for yourself. Through the recognition of our inner world, we can begin to access a more conscious ability to create the outer world we desire.

There is no meditation experience needed. During this meditation series you will learn some basics in meditation to begin your practice and continue to move forward. The beginner meditation will get you started so you can move forward as you continue to meditate.

We look forward to coming together to help everyone to witness themselves and how they can grow in any facet of their lives through meditation.
