There is an art in yoga that goes beyond your personal yoga practice. Mastery of anything takes 10,000 hours. The Mastery of assisting weekend immersion is designed to help everyone continue to elevate their personal skills as an assistant.

Get ready to spend a weekend diving into an ancient art of service.

Schedule:

Friday: 5:00pm - 9:30pm

Saturday: 9:30am - 6:00pm

Sunday: 1:00pm - 8:30pm
