Sid was faced with the Law of Constraints when coaching Special Teams at Morgan State University. He was told that he could not use any of the starting 22 players on the team for Special Teams. Those who understand football know that is a losing battle. What Sid did was to defy the Law of Constraints to move Morgan State from 24 years of losing into winning back to back years before leaving coaching.
