Designed for those committed to living and leading with Peace, the MPL journey encompasses breathwork, meditation, coaching, and deep community engagement, as well as immersion in the Warrior Monk Quest. This multi-year program builds on foundational teachings to guide participants toward profound personal and community impact.

Core Components of MPL Training
1. Healing Breathwork Leader Certification (Year 1)
- Objective: Complete 40 hours of Healing Breathwork in the first year, developing your abilities to guide others in this powerful modality.
- Structure: Training sessions occur bi-monthly, on the 1st and 3rd Sundays, ensuring consistent growth and integration of skills.
- Outcome: Certification to lead Healing Breathwork sessions, empowering others to find balance and peace through breath.
2. Meditation Certification: Deliver the
- Stage 1: Foundation - Dive into the process of meditation and the four anchors .
- Stage 2: Prana Yama - Advanced breathwork techniques to elevate energy and awareness.
- Stage 3: Living Buddha / Living Christ Meditation - Cultivate mindfulness and self-realization through this foundational practice.
- Stage 4: Four Pyramid Meditation - Align energy centers and access deeper states of consciousness.
- Practice Hours: Continue gathering practice hours, deepening your experience and confidence as an ambassador of peace.
Phase 4: Leadership and Media Training2. Master Peace Program Coaching (Year 1-4)
- Year 1: Introduction to the Master Peace Program, covering core techniques and philosophies.
- Years 2-4: Deepen your role as a Master Peace Program Coach, evolving your coaching abilities to guide others on their journey toward peace.
- Noble Silence Meditation Retreat: Attend a four-day retreat within the first two years, experiencing the power of noble silence to connect deeply with inner Peace and clarity.
3. Energy Exchange and Community Leadership (Years 2-7)
- Quantum Energy Exchange: As a Community Space Holder, you’ll facilitate weekly Quantum Energy Exchange sessions, creating spaces for community healing and upliftment.
- Advanced Training in Energy Work: Years 3 and 4 include specialized training in energy exchange, strengthening your ability to facilitate healing and alignment in others.

Warrior Monk Quest
The Warrior Monk Quest is a sacred journey, inspired by Sid McNairy’s Vision Quest experiences. This tradition, rooted in Native customs, invites individuals into nature for deep self-reflection, seeking clarity on purpose and their place in the larger circle of life.
- Structure: Over a lifetime, each participant may undertake up to four Warrior Quests. Each quest involves extended time in a natural setting—on a mountain, in the forest, or a similar sacred space.
- Purpose: This is a ceremony of self-discovery and vision, allowing you to connect with your highest purpose and solidify your commitment to Peace.

Roles within the Warrior Monk Path
The MPL Training not only supports personal growth but empowers you to hold space and guide others. Participants evolve into different roles within the Warrior Monk community, each contributing to a collective movement toward self-mastery and Peace.
1. Support Person: Engage in service by supporting others on their Warrior Quest journey, helping them navigate the steps with compassion and guidance.
2. Tribe Council Leader: Lead community circles and gatherings, holding space for ceremonial gatherings, group prayer, and communal reflection in studios, homes, and other shared spaces.
3. Teacher: Train to facilitate practices such as the Nahi Warrior Flow, Nahi meditation, and Nahi Life Empowerment Series, allowing you to guide others through transformational experiences.

Schedule:
Bi-weekly Group Meetings: 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month
Healing Breathwork Practice: Complete 40 hours in the first year
10-Day Practicum Retreat: Required within the first year, same structure as other levels
Additional Requirement: Attend a four-day noble silence meditation retreat within the first two years
Commitment: Multi-year journey, including practicum retreat and monthly meetings, with a focus on developing impactful leadership skills and deepening one's peaceful presence in community.
Requirements:
Established, regular practice
200-hour RYT or comparable certification
Active participation in the Art of Peaceful Living (AoPL) community
Strong commitment to personal growth, community engagement, and fostering peace

Payment Details
Initial Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the program.
Annual Payment Plan: Following your deposit, an annual payment of $1,332 (equivalent to $111 per month) is due at the beginning of each year to cover the 12-month training period.
This payment structure allows for a convenient, upfront investment in your growth and commitment to the program, ensuring your focus remains on your journey to becoming a Master Peace Leader. (Warrior Monk Quest is a separate payment system)
