$30 a month or $300 annual to the first 20 people to register.

Introducing Teacher Tune-Up, a dedicated platform to empower instructors within "The Practice."

Following our recent in-person Tune-Up event, it became clear that there's a need for elevated support and awareness among all teachers regarding "The Sequence." Establishing this platform will enable everyone to deepen their understanding of how the sequence can be flexibly adapted while preserving its fundamental flow.

Community Engagement: Our belief is that community strength lies in collective engagement and support. To kickstart this initiative, we're offering a nominal monthly investment opportunity for early joiners. This investment is an investment in yourself, and now is the perfect time to get involved.

Exploring The Sequences: Within "The Practice," there are three distinct sequences available for teaching. Firstly, the OG Flow, the name originating from Krigsman Yoga in Hingham, spearheaded by Amanda Shield and her team. This original sequence from Yoga and Life Empowerment, the Nahi Flow, known for its inclusivity and dynamism, evolves alongside teachers' growing awareness.

Secondly, the LifeQuest Flow, designed as a restorative challenge by athletes for athletes. While deeply rejuvenating, it has become a weekly essential for many practitioners.

Lastly, the LifeForce sequence, rooted in the Iyengar lineage, offers a more stationary approach, ideal for those seeking intense stretching and core enhancement.

Enhancing Meditation Skills: For instructors versed in the Nahi Meditation System, this platform also serves as a space for skill enhancement and mutual growth. Bring your queries, and let's evolve together.
